You will receive competitive pricing for high quality service. Whatever the price is in the original estimate is what you will be charged at the end of the project. Changes in price will only occur when there is a change in the scope of work and those prices will be negotiated at the time of the change. Also, if there will be multiple draws on the project, you will only be charged for work performed and completed at the time of the draw.
