I do everything involved in a full remodel, including woodworking, flooring, sheetrock, plumbing, electrical, tile, painting, framing, decks siding window replacement. Also I can service pools. I've been doing remodeling about 6 years, but I've been a subcontractor for about 13 years, I was a foreman at S&M Home Improvement in Tennessee for 10 years. I also do landscaping, I was a supervisor at Metro Lawn care for 4 years. I'm 34 years old I'm originally from Tennessee, just moved down here to start over with my wife of 12 years thank you for your opportunities have a blessed day.

Yes, grass pavers can be installed in colder climates, but they should be avoided if the ground is frozen. You may also need special pavers that can better withstand the cold weather.

Driveways should be sloped with a minimum 2% slope—anything lower will cause precipitation and runoff to collect. A 2% slope is the equivalent of a 2-foot rise over 100 feet. One quick way to check the integrity of your driveway’s slope: no more than four inches of water should collect on the surface longer than 15 minutes after rain.

You should contact your driveway installer before winterizing a newly installed driveway. Winterizing it before the asphalt or concrete has fully cured can damage the driveway. This includes regularly applying a sealant and keeping up with any weeds that start to grow within them. Avoid metal shovels in the winter, and only salt the pavers ahead of snow and ice if the pavers are part of a necessary walking path—salt and other chemical-based de-icers can take a toll on your pavers over time.
