"The service was excellent. This was my first time using them. I found them in the phone book. They also came back because I had a kitchen sink put in with a faucet. I had my faucets replaced in my bathrooms as well. They were very reasonable, and right on time. The came in, and did their job. They are very efficient. They have worked for me for 2 separate times."

"Awesome experience!! Kaleb came right out and located the leak our jet tub was having and did a great job of repairing the leak and also installed new jets, faucets and other issues that we were having that could in the future be troublesome. We were told by previous contractors that there was not a leak, just trim work that needed to be replaced. So glad Kaleb took the time and effort to listen. Would definitely recommend and use again!!"

"Plumer was profession, friendly, on time, and did a great job. We have an unusual sink that was incorrectly installed years before we purchased the house, and he modified the new faucet so that it would work with the incorrectly cut granite countertop. A true professional"

"He did an excellent job. They got the old one out very quickly and got the new one installed. It was upstairs and in the attic so it was not an easy job. In two hours, they were done. There was one minor issue that came up and he came right back out on a Sunday morning and took care of it. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again."

Sink Installation FAQs, answered by experts

Yes, you can remove an undermount sink from granite countertops. However, it’s safest to hire a granite pro to take on this job. Your pro might have to make cuts and grind the granite to remove the sink. Plus, if you’re replacing your sink with a larger one, you’ll need your pro to enlarge the existing sink cutout in your granite.

Common problems include leaks, clogs, and low water pressure. Regular maintenance prevents major disruptions.

The biggest sign that your flange leaks is if you notice water at the base of the toilet. The cause is likely due to a poor flange installation, so you might have issues with loose bolts, an uneven flange, or a cracked plastic flange. Add a deteriorating wax seal to this, and you have a recipe for disaster. The best solution is to shut off the water valve, replace the toilet flange, and seal it with a new wax ring.

Many parts of your plumbing system can fail, but clogged drains are one of the biggest plumbing problems you’ll likely encounter. From your kitchen sink, bathroom sink, or bathtub, there are plenty of opportunities for gunk, hair, food scraps, and more to get stuck in drains. When this happens, water will slowly drain, leading to standing water, bad odors, drain flies, and other issues.

Many homeowners can handle a minor clog themselves, but if you have a clog in your main line, you’re best off hiring a local plumber to get the drain back to its normal flow rate.

Hiring an emergency plumber is expensive because of the urgency and inconvenience, but there are a few things you can do to help keep costs down:

  • Minimize water damage by shutting off your water main

  • Clean up pooling water immediately to reduce damage and mold growth

  • Avoid using fixtures if you have a clog or septic system backup

  • Verify that your plumber is licensed before hiring

  • Call a few plumbers for estimates if you can afford a short delay in getting service
