One of the best companies I had pleasure to hire. They explained and showed pictures of needs and completed work. After 5 years of band-aid repairs, it was a relief to finally have a roof that didn't leak. Workmanship has proven well done.

We are extremely pleased with Reliable Roofing from start to finish. Other roofing companies were going to take weeks to inspect and provide an estimate, RR was here in days. They provided us with weekly updates as to when our job would be started. Our new metal roof was installed quickly and resolved a problem we had for years with our previous roof not installed properly and causing rotting on the corner eaves. Our roof still looks great, highly recommend this company.

roofing work work was completed and the first rain showed ceiling leakage and water spots. all communication failed and no offer for any resolution. complaints made to better business bureau and attorney hired. This company and the representatives they have are sexist when dealing with female homeowners and once partial payment was received it took months to start and months for completion. and literally the first rain the roof leaked and now I have water damaged to construction of home.

They were very easy to work with and everyone I spoke with was very nice. They got to the job faster than I expected and it looks very good. I appreciated their 10 year warranty on their work too.

We would like to recommend Reliable Roofing for your roofing needs. We live out of state and our parents needed a replacement roof. Representative Jack Varnado came out to provide a quote for work to be performed. He worked with our parents explaining the roofing options and other options to finance the work to be performed. We contacted Mr. Varnado and discussed some improvement options for the roof replacement. We feel he was very accommodating with our questions and feedback. He even assisted our parents with processing of paperwork with the finance company. After a couple more visits to assist with the updated quote and paperwork, the roof replacement proceeded. The work crew from Reliable roofing showed up and worked through the entire roof replacement in less than a day! Additional feedback from our parents was they were impressed by the work and especially the clean up afterwards. The crew left no debris behind, leaving the lawn and area around the home better then what they found it. Great Job by the Reliable Roofing Team, especially for Mr. Varando going above and beyond on the quote, purchasing and completing the job in record time.

Diligent workers, each crew member was dedicated to quality and pleasing the customer. When the roof was just about finished. they got caught in a short burst of rain and continued to work, making sure the home was protected from the rain. Crew was friendly,and seemed to enjoy working as a team. The lead kept me informed of the progress and answered my questions completely. . No complaints from me. Professional crew, professional company, One of our bushes close to the house had a bird nest with young birds in it. They protected the bush and did not disturb the birds...shows consideration of customers concerns. Roof looks great, I would definitely recommend this company, five stars all the way. On time, kept their word with schedule and promptness.

Itâ s hard to give an experience when the job hasnâ t been done but based on the knowledge and friendliness Iâ m hopeful once the job is complete I will love it.
