"I was without water for a few days. He called 6am to see how he could help. And he began immediately over the phone to answer my dozens/hundreds of questions. Pieced me out a system that was within my budget ( I just had a roof installed maybe 10 days ago), so I wasn't full of bling with gold bars hiding in my suit pockets. A very fair price. Not trying to become rich in a few seasons. He has impressed upon me that Mississippi people are fair and polite as always.possibly only Texas friendlier, but they took care of me... literally....when I fled the area for Katrina.. He knows his field. I'd recommend him to my family. Anyone. If you need Water Well work, you owe it to yourself to just speak to him and see his level of expertise. Plus kindness. Give him a shot. I gave him a small gift because he did so much to get that win-win. Truly, I'm impressed. Not important to the work he completed today, but it was my honor to meet the descendant of the famous 10th gen grandfather."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"Water heater was replaced. The company explained everything and let me know the cost upfront. All was done professionally, the technician was knowledgable . They cleaned after themselves. Very polite people with a new and super clean truck and trailer."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I set up an appointment with David, he showed up on time. He quickly addressed the three issues I had with water pressure at my hose bib outside along with my cold water on my washer and the water supply to my refrigerator. He fixed the problem within an hour. Reasonably priced and professional."

"John was very knowledgeable, at explaining what was going on with my Hot water heater, and what was needed to be fixed and parts to be replaced. Honestly I was very impressed by his work, I would highly recommend this company and definitely will use them again. Very reasonable price for fixing my Hot water heater."
