"Service:  Close the pool for the season.  Coordination of service date went well.  Services included adding chemicals, setting the timer for the pool pump and placing the cover over the pool.  Pool Works, Inc. has always been prompted in everything that they do.  Typically, when called they are out the next day to complete the service.  The price for thier service was consistent with the same service provided by another provider.  My only feedback is that I am a stickler for wanting a receipt for services; this has been very difficult to obtain.  The reciepts help me to ensure when and what services have been provided.  When I purchased the house; I couldn't begin to tell the service provider when the last services occurred.  For example:  I had the sand in my filter change; not knowing when it was done last.  Also, the pool pump had to be replaced; which was covered under my home warranty.  The reciepts help me to ensure what services have been provided, when they were provided and by who.  When I sell my house down the road; the information can be passed on to the new homeowner, which can provide peace of mind and a reference point to a provider of services.  I had none of this when I purchased the house.  Responsiveness to the request to provide reciepts for services can be improved.  Overall, Pool Works, Inc. is a great company.  The staff is very professional, easy to work with and no nosense when it come to coming out and getting the work done.  I am very happy with their services and will continue to use them to maintain and service my pool.  Thumbs up for a great work!

Both gentlemen who helped were outstanding and extremely knowledgeable about the chemical testing along with the proper levels involved in maintaining proper and safe levels of my pool and the operating system of the pool. "I can sum this guy up in one word, Awesome! Craig is knowledgeable, personable, kind, friendly and helpful. We’ve been in our house two years now and the original person caring for the pool was great until he went out of business and sent Shark Pools. Craig came to us when our pool was literally a swamp thanks to Shark Pools and located the problem right away! He’s been to my house so many times in the three weeks he’s been working on our pool that I can’t even count! He’s come to check on it, deliver a new pump and sand, brought HIS Electrition over to check out the wiring because he didn’t like the way the wires were crammed together and sure enough they needed work! , replaced the pump and sand, vacuumed the pool twice not to mention adding all the shock and acid !!! He is a pleasure to be around and treats our pool as if it’s his own!!! We have two Crain statues that used to squirt out water and stopped ( I didn’t even mention it to him) and he’s not only fixing them but he’s resetting them so they’ll look better!!!!! And he noticed the previous owners had landscape lighting placed in an area that wasn’t showing off the pool and said he was going to reroute them for me!!! Craig walks me through every little thing he does and makes me feel as though we are his only customers! Our pool has never looked this good!!! If you’re in need of a reliable pool company who’s reasonably priced, Stepp Up Pools is the company to go with. This guy is the real deal!"
