She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! Job was done on the date promised, in the time span estimated and at the price quoted. The two man team properly braced the porch roof before tearing the old column out. They built the new column on site. The team removed all tear down debris as well as the trash from the construction phase (a really big plus in my book since I have had other contractors leave their trash for me to clean up.) The contractor asked for a deposit before they began and the balance after the work was completed. I marked them down on punctuality since they told me that they would be here at 9:00 but it was 90 minutes later before they arrived and another 30 minutes before they started work. As I said above, the work completion was promised for the end of the day and they met that.

"A job that in past took the painters I hired a week or less to complete took Mr Soto’s crew almost a month. The first week was pretty much due to bad weather. The following weeks they did not show up everyday but I guess this was more than likely due to probably having multiple jobs going on. I still think the job could have been completed and done well in a lot less time. If ever having to have work done again in the future I’ll be sure to get a “timeline” written into the contract. On a very positive note, their work was good. Had to point out a few things fir them to address but Mr. Soto always made it right.
