In the meanwhile, black mold came through the air ducts. Someone is supposed to come out on August 29th in the morning to take care of this. Today is the 25th, I have been calling them up to seven times a day with no response. The downstairs AC is 3 years old. Coming home on the 19th after a lovely trip- that AC did not work. It took 6 days for a service man to come out. He was 2 hours late, discovered something had to be replaced and it had to be ordered. It should take 2-3 days. Today, is 6 days later and nobody has called me back. I'm sitting here in the heat, can't really live upstairs because of the black mold. I'm at a loss for what to do."
