AfterSed Bledsoe showed me the problem areas and explained the potential dangers, I gave him the go-ahead to make the repairs. He and his crew did an excellent job, cleaned everything up afterward, and possibly saved me from a house fire. Very well satisfied."

As for the quality of service and value for my money, these questions cannot be answered until the chimney has gone through a period of heavy rain to see if the leak has been stopped. Therefore, that rating is provisional, since I have no reason to think the quality is not good but I have to reserve my answer until we have extensive rain.
