I had some extensive fire and smoke damage that resulted in the replacement of roof decking and shingles, HVAC ductwork, insulation and vinyl siding. As a former contractor, I like to handle everything myself but I agreed to have Atwood Restoration handle the entire project because of my work schedule. Atwood is a very professional company and they are always available for questions. They have very qualified managers and employees. I would highly recommend Atwood Restoration to anyone needing their services.

I hired Atwood Restoration after my kitchen and a bathroom sustained water damage. After reading through reviews, I called this company, and they showed up asap. The remediation team was top notch. Kelly and her team were professional, friendly, and efficient. JT and the restoration team did an outstanding job on the repairs. The whole process was seamless, from working with our insurance company to keeping us informed of the progress and process. I could not be happier with Atwood Restoration.

I experienced a serious water leak in the early morning hours of January 27. Restoration 1 was recommended to me by an insurance professional. They were onsite by 10:30 am and immediately began working to save my beautiful hardwood floors. They explained what would be necessary to return my home to its original condition, including an eventual wall and cabinet replacement. They thoroughly explained their processes (blowers, heaters, plastic covering). They moved appliances and furniture, taking photos beforehand to ensure they could put things back where they were when the time came. They were at my home daily for the 3 weeks that it took to completely dry out my floors and walls - and in the end, they were able to save my flooring. Today the floor looks as if the leaked never happened. Every person I have interacted with at Restoration 1 has been professional, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company!!

The team was quick to arrive and installed equipment to help dry out the water from the flooring. They were very professional and worked above and beyond what we expected. Could not have been more pleased with their work. Awesome customer service from the team and the staff. Definitely would recommend!
