They ensured us that if we had any issues after the installation, just call them and they would address them. They were honest and did not try and take advantage of us. We had two other vendors provide us bids for the job but when James came out, I was pretty sure their company would be awarded the job. This project was not a small project and they completed it fairly quickly for the amount of work that was required. They worked so hard and so long (in the heat), that I felt bad for needing gutters installed during this hot weather. They never waivered and we never saw them goofing off. We highly recommend them.
