They assessed the problem and temporarily fixed the problem until part could be ordered and installed. Bruce followed up with a call inquiring about status of furnace and gave update on ordered part. Very personable, accommodating and easy to work with. Yes I would very much so recommend Bruceâ s A/C &Heating."

Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Found Destre on Angi after another contractor came out and completely botched the job. Wanted to replace the weather stripping around rear patio door. The previous contractor ruined the bottom seal on the door and left us with a/c escaping and the flys and mosquitoes coming in. Called and spoke to Destre and he came out within an hour. Surveyed the damage and was off to Home Depot to get replacement parts. Could not find but resourcefully found a clear plastic one. Installed and all has been fine ever since. My original request was to replace part of the plenum at the furnace, it was full of mold. Upon inspection they discovered other problems that should be repaired and recommended cleaning the ducts and installing a UV light to kill mold in the future.
