In some cases, work can be started with little to NO MONEY DOWN. Although, depending on the price of the work and the length of the the job, we sometimes require as much as half down.

Licensed MS residential contractor specializing in small or large repairs to residential/commercial properties. No minimum orders or trip charges. Workman's comp for all employees provided in order to protect property owners against liability. We provide both monthly flat fee services or as needed repairs. Major credit cards accepted.

"So I had this company work on a rental property that I needed painted and had a few smaller repairs that needed completed. I'm an out of state property owner so I was looking for someone to make this process easy. Meeting with John made it seem like this should be an easy one stop shot. Unfortunately it has been nothing but a headache. Each time I come down to the property, there is still something that was not yet completed. A month later, I'm still waiting to have the ceiling painted. Overpriced for what you get and you have to constantly stay on them if you have them do more than one thing. Perhaps they'll make it right, but I do not recommend their services."

Insulation questions, answered by experts

Yes, cladding can help insulate your home by adding an additional layer to the exterior walls, which can minimize heat loss and enhance energy efficiency. However, it's essential to select cladding materials that include insulation for optimal results, as cladding without built-in insulation won't make nearly as much of a difference.

All garage doors, particularly newly installed models, add value to your home. Higher-quality and higher-priced doors increase the ROI, so a well-insulated custom garage door increases the value of your home more than a poorly-insulated stock model. Updating a garage door boasts the second-highest home improvement ROI, at nearly 95%.

Every exterior wall in a house should have insulation. Municipalities require that new construction homes come with adequate insulation to handle the local climate. The state or local building code lays out the minimum insulation requirements. Interior walls seldom have insulation. Exceptions include interior wall insulation for sound dampening or temperature control of specific rooms.

Although the cost might seem high, winterizing your home is important for your health and the structural integrity of your home. Winterizing will keep your home warm and toasty during the cold months and prolong the life of your appliances, windows, pipes, sprinkler system, pool, and more.

The most affordable way to insulate behind unfinished walls is to install fiberglass batts or rolls. These total around $0.75 per linear foot, with the width matching the gaps between standard studs perfectly. However, it’s important to consider the R-value of your insulation and the climate in your area, as fiberglass insulation isn’t the best in terms of preventing heat transfer. Plus, the most affordable option may cost more on electricity bills over time. The most affordable way to insulate behind finished walls is to leave them up and use blown-in insulation to avoid drywall replacement.
