"Greg  came out and they would do during the installation such as puttint up dry wall so they have something to attach the door opener to.  They used the dry wall that I had which was the way I wanted it.
When Jim came out to install the garage door he called me when he was leaving Meridian and told me approximately when he would arrive.  He was very punctual as was Greg.  Jim installed the door just as was discussed.  It took him most of the day as this was an odd size door.  Jim was very plesant and knowledgable about the products and told me what he was doing and why he was doing things the way he was doing them.  I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions about what is going on and he answered every question I had.
When he was finished he explained the operation of the door and how to program the outside key lock as well,  He told me if I had a questions in the future do not hesitate to call.  Jim was very thorough about making sure he picked up any mess he has made. 
I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.  In fact I am going to talk to them about the insullation in my home late on.

"Very well despite my anxiety. My doors open smoothly now. Big open cracks in wall are now closed and can be repaired easily and not ever come back because of the stability provided by the installation of steel piers. I had huge gaps between wall and ceiling that are now closed and just need to be repaired and painted. The facing on my closet and doorway are now straight! I just wish we had done this sooner. The only thing I think they could have done better would have been to not leave a huge dirt pile in my yard. And maybe clean up after a little better. Although my house at the time was chaos anyway. "Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"After inspection, he stated to me that I had raccoons and rats in my attic space and that I needed my insulation changed (which is true). However, the I giving a neutral score of C is because when I asked about cost he stated that it would be $6500 to remove any wildlife, make any repairs to my home, and add insulation. My problem with this was he could not tell me where they were getting in which made me wonder how can you charge me to repair something and you have know idea what to fix. My second issue was that it was all or nothing. There would be no setting traps if he couldn’t fix repairs and put in new insulation. I decided to pass on Capture Critter for these reasons."
