"Jeremy and his crew did an excellent job on trimming palm trees. They were very professional and easy to work with. I will hire them for the next time my trees need trimming. Also they removed all the branches and cleaned up deck and yard. Great experience with his company."

"Would definitely hire them again! They took down six trees in two days, removing all the unwanted wood and limbs. Pricing was also very reasonable. They have already been hired by someone else in the neighborhood."

"These folks are awesome. After getting quite a few estimates from others, I finally found T&D through HomeAdvisor. Best price, efficient about starting job and even more efficient completing job. Main part of the project was a huge Magnolia in my backyard. I will definitely use Tim and his crew for any future work and will recommend to others. Great experience and really awesome people!"

"Vance & Jesse were a pleasure to do business with. They are both very professional and did a great job. They took out @ 20 pines along with haul a way. Price was very reasonable. Plan on having a few more taken out in the future. Highly recommend them if you need any trees taken out."

"Phillips Tree service cleared a fence row of a 5 acre field, and took out a dead tree. They trimmed 4 feet away from the fence and trimmed the trees up high. There was a section of the fence lost to large limbs and vines and they reclaimed it for me. The work was excellent, not to mention very hard and laborious. The fee was pricey, but likely fair given the heavy equipment they need and the day and a half of labor. I will call on them again."

"I also had him clear an overgrown fence row. Brandon is one of the most agreeable and efficient persons I have ever dealt with. He does what he say he will, when he says he will and how he says he will. He did such a good job on my fence work, the neighbor hired him to do several jobs around his place."

FAQs for arboricultural service projects in Diberville, MS

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.

When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification which include:

  • The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check

  • Required to have applicable state and local licenses

  • Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review

  • Paying to advertise their services

  • Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi

Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.

On average, removing a tree costs around $750, but you can expect to pay between $200 to $2,000. Factors that impact the overall cost include the number of trees you’re having removed, their height, the diameter of their trunks, permits needed, and the tree’s accessibility. You’ll pay more if the tree is in a hard-to-reach area or dangerous location, like close to power lines.

Landscaping costs around $3,500 but varies widely from $200 to $14,000. Factors that play a part in your final landscaping price tag include:

  • Location

  • Yard size

  • Project size

  • Materials

  • Land preparation

  • Type of landscaping

Considering so many factors, it’s not surprising that the overall costs can differ. A typical landscaping project is flower bed installation, which averages between $800 and $3,000. However, landscape lighting installation is a higher-end project, with a price tag of $2,000 to $6,000

Yes, you will want to confirm that the tree removal company you hire is insured before proceeding with the job. Tree removal can be dangerous work, and it's important to verify that the company carries the proper insurance to cover any onsite accidents or damage.
