I have now used the services of Southern Tree Surgery, LLC on two separate occasions and both times Todd and his crew were prompt, friendly and extremely professional. And in both cases, from the time I contacted Todd until the jobs (multiple tree and stump removals) were completed, less than 24 hours elapsed......a truly incredible turn around time! All work was performed as agreed, including an excellent job of site cleanup. Todd has all the necessary equipment and a very professional crew to do the job quickly, but most importantly, correctly! I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION! Todd and his crew exhibited what all homeowners desire from someone we hire to do work for us; professionalism, great quality work and a very reasonable cost. Just as impressive was their courteous, friendly and polite mannerism. TRUE SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY! They arrived as scheduled, brought all of the essential equipment needed to start and complete the job and left the area very clean and well groomed. All 3 of the guys worked very meticulous to prevent damage to my scrubs, A/C unit or house, which were directly under the tree being removed. And yes, they were successful in accomplishing this "not so easy goal". They worked very efficient with one another and completed the task in about 2 1/2 to 3 hours. No small task considering this was a 28 year old Oak tree about 6 feet in diameter standing 50-60 feet tall. The pictures illustrate the great work in progress and end results, accomplished by a "Very Professional Company". Would I recommend to others, already have and will continue to!
