He showed initiative when I could not be reached, knowing the urgency of the situation and fixed all problems that would have caused future issues even though we had not discussed them. He did not charge for all the work he did but gave fair price and quality work. I was so pleased with his professionalism, I have hired him as my regular A/C and heat specialist for all my properties. I highly recommend him.

est repaired furnace in a timely manner, I got a call right away and he was prompt. I would have preferred that he give me quote before fixing. Keep in mind this work was done on my rental that is in another state.

the electrician was not very knowledgable in his work, it was the worst service i ever received from a professional and i would not recommend going thru your service to my friends. Service magic needs to screen their pros much better before recommending them to a client.....horrible service.

Mr. January was excellent to work with. He was professional and explained the pro's and con's of replacing my existing A/C unit in terms that I could understand. I honestly felt that what Mr. January was communicating to me regarding replacing my unit was the truth, which made my decision easier without all the anxiety that comes along with such a large purchase.

He was in and out very quickly and left no trace of ever being there other than leaving a quiet and impressively efficent system behind. Since installation he has called a couple of times to make sure we're satisfied. I would recommend John to anyone who wants a competitively priced professional installation done.
