We’ve used this company for years, from father now the son. Today they replaced a mouse chewed wire to the AC….a problem we’ve had in the past and added Freon….. they completely replaced said wire, and of course we scheduled pest control fir the mouse issue in the attic. They are the best!

Due to their lack of assistance the first time I called them out, my unit is now done.

They added three cans of Freon. The unit froze up the next day and wouldn't heat. I don't know for sure but I would assume they could have replaced the defrost board. They told me I had to wait for it to freeze over before they could check it.

Went well tracked down problem in not time.

Showed up on time, took a look at what the inspector said needed to be done, gave me their opinion of the situation and got the job done.

They are top notch. They took care of everything. They are very professional. I would highly recommend them.

They are around the corner from us and I can't say enough good things about these people. 2 summers ago we were headed to the airport to send my son on a mission trip and headed out of town ourselves. We saw flames coming out of our A/C unit. We were in a panic and a hurry and I called Russell. They were here within 5 minutes. We left them to deal with it. They brought a used unit and set it up for our son who was staying at the house for the weekend so he would have air conditioning They did not have to do that. They put in a new unit by their recommendation and they did a good job and we have been happy with it. We felt Russell went the extra mile. After the fact we checked with a friend in the field and told him what we chose and he said it was what we should have done and we got a good price.
