"Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"Danny came out and looked at the roof, handled all the up front interaction and negotiations with my insurance company, and made sure I got my roof replaced. Jeff took over on the materials and replacement side, and was very prompt in coming by to hit my tight schedule before putting my house on the market. Although Mother Nature decided to postpone the replacement a couple of days, Jeff was in constant communication with me about when his crew could get out there. Danny and Jeff followed through on the free roof claim and did a fantastic job in the execution. They are very up front about your option to use another contractor if your insurance company is not willing to work with them.
