"Samuel was an excellent person to work with. His crew were on time, they did an outstanding job. They cleaned up everything. Samuel was there with his crew the majority of the time making sure everything we spoke about was done! Instead, we recommend pouring hot water over the frozen area or using a less intense heat source, like a hair dryer or space heater.
