Dually Doors

The doors are of good quality. They installed Dalton Doors. The dissatisfaction comes from bad design advice, and property damage with a sub par repair with an assurance that they would follow up and see it through. After payment, I never heard back from him again. Seemed like nice enough people that just weren't able to deliver on what they promised.

The technician went above and beyond to fix my garage door hinge and rollers. He was professional, nice, and easy to work with.

Brett Whitfield was the technician that came out to replace the torsion springs for our garage door. He was very friendly and professional. He replaced the springs in no time and even straightened out the straight bar that connects to the slider for the opener. He lubed up the hinges and rollers for the door. He noticed and mentioned that the bearings for the rollers were pretty much shot; been on since install, over 10 years. I asked if he had any new rollers, he said no but could call office and see if they can get me back on schedule to replace them. Was able to get on schedule for the next day! Would definitely recommend and call Dually Doors again

Garrett was excellent. The team of three was very polite, coordinated, safety conscious and hard working. Their overall professionalism is the main reason I will be using them again for other projects I'm planning in the near future. It was super easy for me to make payment online.

Great doors and responsive to calls. However was told at the time of purchase that doors would be in in four weeks. However this was not the case due to supply chain issues. Which I understand, and all is well, just should have never been told 4 weeks when this was not the case with other customers.

I needed five big pines in the front yard and one big difficult pine in the backyard removed. The crew all did an exceptional job taking down the trees, removing all the trees/limbs and leaving my yard cleaned. They even hauled away 2 trees that I had cut down last year. They all were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them if you need any type of tree service

Removed a very difficult tree to make way for me to have a fence installed. Very professional, very good clean up. Did a very nice professional job, will recommend to every one looking for tree removal or trimming service.

This company was very professional and efficient, they removed a big water oak on the same day they gave me a quote. they had to remove a wooden fence for that and fixed the fence afterwards. I'm very impressed with them, great people to work with.
