"It was just fine. The representative was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a great deal of time with us. It was a good experience. He was here for 5 hours and he put in the system. We moved here in October and he put in the system in November. The initial expense was substantially more than the monthly service because we had to buy the equipment.
