"Our home is a two story colonial, which requires a large extension ladder to reach the guttering. We had recently had our home painted, so I was happy to see no ladder marks or damage to the shutters. The light strands took a little while to go up because the previous year's strand was blowing fuses. Also, no diagram had been created when taken down the previous year, so there was some confusion on which strand went where. However the bad strand was replaced without additional cost to us and the lights were situated such to provide the best illumination. The lines were straight and the bulbs well spaced. A few bulbs did go out within the first couple of weeks, but we decided not to have them come out to replace. The lights were down the same afternoon I called, however, I again received no lights diagram for the next year. They placed the lights in one large tub I provided. I stored. The overall results were very good, and the lights came down in a timely fashion."
