Inadequate footing was poured for the 2 main posts. I requested a 3 post and told it was adequate. Within weeks one of the 2 posts buckled. It was repaired and a 3rd post added. The added 3rd post also had inadequate footing. The entire deck began to sag. The last day they were here they left...
