I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. "Installation went quicker than expected.  Matt is great at coming up with design ideas for your house but wants input and will be honest with you if he knows that something you suggest will not look good.  Recommend visiting local houses that they have done plus pics on websites.  This helped us decide on product, style and design.  All crew members were incredibly friendly.  The window installers were two of the nicest people we've ever met.  There were a few hiccups that were addressed and corrected in a timely manner.  Matt is very critical on final inspection and ensures his crew is there to address any unresolved issues. Overall product and design exceeded our expectations.  We will be calling them in the future to design a deck and brick work.
