My water heater sits out in the open and these two pictures showed all the details required. They gave me a bid and assured me there would be no extras. After waiting a week the technician showed up told me it would be an extra $60 for a new shut off valve. I had a shut off valve, it was working correctly, it's location was correct and was clearly shown on the pictures that I sent Tri-State. Tech would not install the heater unless I agreed to the extra $60 charge and I couldn't wait another week for a different contractor. Very disappointed with the business ethics of this firm and would recommend you not use them."
