"John and Peter did a wonderful job! Installed soffit / Trim / siding and ceiling metal at our 3 porches. The work included outlets and switches for exterior lighting. They also installed several 45 degree Diagonal supports on our porch columns as architectural features. Super easy to work with and cleaned up after every day. Would hire again without a second thought - VERY detail oriented."

"We started our journey with FRS a year ago in anticipating closing on our new home. Joe Bevins came out and gave us a quote at that time on what was needing to be done. Long story short, took a year to straighten out some seller titling issues and close on the house. Joe checked in through the process and when we could move forward, FRS honored the original quote from a year ago. Greg Harvie and his team were professional, quick, and communicative with us throughout the process. Joe has followed up after to ensure all is well and we are dry and snug. They've made our renovation process much easier overall. I highly recommend both this inspector and foundation team - they've offered ethical and excellent service above and beyond the call of duty. "Response was very fast. Christian came out today and inspected the roof. In no time, he found places around the skylights that needed sealing and caulking as well as some other areas that needed caulking or sealing also. He completed the job quickly, had pictures on his computer to show me and explained in detail what he had done,

"They've done good work. The quality is really good. Once they started the work it was done quickly, about two days. Rock solid and perfect clean up. Good technicians. They know exactly what they are doing. They give you a discount if you put a sign in your yard, the contract is put a sign up for a week a few times a year. They seemed to forgot to come get the sign a few times.
