"Joshua was over-the-top from the first phone call! Very professional, knowledgeable, customer-oriented, and amazingly enthusiastic about our project (which involved a leaking roof, damaged ceiling, damaged flooring, poor water pressure, the list goes on and on!). As young, unexperienced rental owners living 3 hours away, we could've easily been taken advantage of.
