"NB Services installed Schluter waterproofing board, membrane, shower pan and curb. Finished with ceramic tile on bathroom floor, shower floor, seat and shower walls (floor to ceiling). "As an investor, I needed the floors refinished in my rental home that would be durable enough to withstand the wear and tear of a family, their pets, and the caustic cleaners they would use. After getting several bids from other service companies (both sandless and refinish), I selected Mike with Hardwood Sand Refinish. Mike took the time to explain the process, the types of chemicals to be used, expected results, and follow-up care with each cycle of tenants. Once the work was completed, I was in awe that he was able to restore the flooring beyond my expectations and at a price that was sensible compared to other bids received that were at least three times the price of Mike's. I will be reaching to Hardwood Sand Refinish for my future projects."
