  Those guys were wonderful! They actually came out and did 3 different set ups of the different lighting. It was kind of like a different scheme for us and let us choose. We talked to them and told them what we like and what we didn't like. They came out and reset those lights and did stuff 3 times. On that third time, it was like, we knew it and we loved it. Not too many companies will do that for us. These guys were awesome. It was Daniel and Jeremy. I've never had anybody that actually catered to us like these guys did. I just couldn't say enough good about them. I thought they were a little high on the price but we got what we paid for.   Overall, the price for lumber and materials was very good. The plants were well taken care of and a fair price as well. We live pretty far away from their area of business but they still drove out to our house and delivered the materials since I don't own a truck to move it all. Wonderful service!!

  I have nothing bad to say about the Grounds Guys of Union. This was a big project and I am completely satisfied with the results and services. I called lots of landscape companies in my area to try and compare and was most impressed by professional and helpful the receptionist was and by their 3 hour callback guarantee. They came out to give me an estimate and I was happy with their honesty and professionalism when answering all of my questions. They didn't turn out to be the lowest bid I received, but their price wasn't far off from the others and I felt I would be getting the most bang for my buck. I was happy with their services throughout the entire project, but I was incredibly impressed when we ran into some unanticipated complications. While digging to lay the patio they found some underground concrete from an old foundation I had no previous knowledge of. This had to be removed to complete the project. I was home that day and knew it had taken at least a full day with a four-man crew plus equipment to remove so I was pretty nervous about all that extra work and expanses it would most likely entail. Closer to the end the project manager sat down and walked me through the work so far and the complications. I was really impressed by how honest and up front the company was about what had happened and the added cost (which was nowhere near what I expected!) My patio is awesome, looks great, and provides a great place for my family to gather and entertain. I will most definitely be using this company for any future services they can provide me. I would give my 100% satisfaction and recommendation for anyone else needing all types of landscape service in the Union/Franklin County areashow more

  We built a log home. Before any landscaping, planting was done, I explained (more than once) to the landscaper that nothing should be planted close enough to the house that it would grow and touch the logs on the house. This was ignored. We have had nothing but trouble with all of the water works installed by this company - and that was from the very beginning. The bubbling boulder never worked correctly, water never sprang from all three openings at the same time. This problem was communicated with the landscaper and work was done, we were charged for the work, but the problem was never fixed. We have to add water by a hose to the creek in front of the house on a daily basis because it was not installed properly. And, our fountain in our small lake came loose from it's connection in the middle of the lake and is almost up on the bank. We no longer use them to provide our maintenance of our trees, grass, etc. because of the lousy job they did installing the creek, boulder and fountain and their refusal to correct the poor work they did upon installation. All three water works have been trouble since installation - not working properly, not working at all, or leaking. We have had another landscaping company come out and look at the installation of these items and it is evident that they did not install the creek and bubbling boulder properly. It is going to cost us even more money to get them fixed. I would not recommend this companyshow more
