"Tanner & Christy were super fantastic through the whole process of our exterior hardscape project. We built a tri-level rear deck with heavy wood columns & a surrounding walkway. Key-Con came out in an afternoon and had all the column footers poured as well as the walkway forms in place. The next day our stamped walkway was placed & finished. Outside of the speedy & quality workmanship, Tanner was on the phone with me multiple times & had two visits to our house prior to the handshake. He was back out once (probably multiple times) after the work was complete to ensure it was not only up to our expectations but his as well. "After my Father passed away, and while I was getting ready to sell his house, I noticed the floors did not seem level and they seemed to be getting increasingly worse. I called Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement to see if they could fix the problem. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came to the house the very next day and diagnosed the problem.  He concluded that the main structural support beam was a rotting wood beam and that it needed to be replaced with an engineered approved steel beam that could support the weight of the floor. I decided to take his advice and proceed. The owner, Frank Matyiko, came out the following week and performed the work in a timely and professional manner.
Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement leveled the floors with the steel I beam and concreted steel column posts in the basement floor to help support the floor. The floors are perfectly level now.  The team cleaned the job site and were very polite.
Calling Advanced Foundation Repair & Replacement was the best thing I could have done.  During a very stressful time, they came in, gave me great advise, got the job done in a reasonable time so I could proceed with the sale.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The owner of the came first to my house to determine the scope of the work I wanted performed. His employee, a journeyman, came the next day and checked the electric panels and all the outlets in the house to ensure they were in good working order, grounded when appropriate, etc. He installed two additional CFIs, replaced the electric sockets in two places and an old switch, and also replaced an outdoors outlet (adding a weatherproof cover). In addition, he installed a new ceiling fan/lights when it was determined my old one was going out. He did not pressure me to do anything, and explained fully what he was doing, asking me for guidance throughout on how I wished to proceed. Though he was a swift worker, he was here for a good part of the day. He was friendly and polite. I would hire this small company again."
