He explained the issues that he found, and all the solutions that were best, for my situation. He was about to come up with solutions, where I didn’t have to move plumbing, or remove my whole deck. Corey came out the night before and removed planks from my deck (for access purposes.) The project took a total of 3 days for multiple piers and brackets. The construction grew was efficient and knew what they were doing.Corey came back out after the project and replaced the decking. He went above and beyond for me. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

It wasn't that their price was really high. I think it was just the price that we decided. Instead of just redoing the whole thing. we decided to do a fraction of it. The quote was about $5000.
