"Someone came out the day before to see where the furnace was going to be installed. He suggested we go with a slightly larger unit for the size of our house, but we opted to go with the unit that was included in the deal. Two men came out and installed the A/C and furnace. They told us they would be done with everything in about 4 hours, and kept pretty close to that. The furnace and A/C are both working perfectly so far. We were mostly very happy with the company and the men who installed our units. There were only a couple minor annoyances. Our old furnace was incredibly rusty inside, and when they removed it from the house, they left a trail of rust and dirt from the basement to the front yard (including through our living room). They did not offer to clean it up, but left it for us to deal with. They also broke a light bulb in the basement and didn't get all the pieces cleaned up. "

He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job. He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary. For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer, Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area. If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim. "We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. We highly recommend using Everett for a water treatment solution."
