I learned building trades from my father as a child and worked with him in construction for 8 years building houses from the ground up including plumbing, wiring, concrete, cabinetry, etc. from framing to finish. I have completed my own additions, remodeling, and repairs for the last 30 years. "Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
