"WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS. FEBRUARY 1, 2017 PATCHED CRACKS WITH HOT RUBBERIZED CRACK FILLER FOR $325 WITH A TWO YEAR WARRANTY. CAME BACK JUNE 5, 2017 AND SEALED DRIVE WITH CONTRACTOR SEALER FOR $325 AND WARRANTY SAYS IF IT NEEDS SEALED BEFORE 2019 WILL DO IT FOR NOTHING. CAME BACK AUGUST 8, 2018 AND PATCHED CRACKS WITH RUBBERIZED CRACK FILLER AND SEALED ASPHALT DRIVE. CHARGED ANOTHER $325. CALLED THEM BACK SAME DAY AS CRACKS WERE NOT FILLED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE BACK BUT DIDN'T SHOW UP. THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL CALLS AND TEXTS. THEY FINALLY SHOWED UP IN SEPTEMBER AND TRIED FILLING CRACKS BY MIXING ASPHALT WITH SAND. THEY CAME AND ASKED IF WE HAD ANY SAND BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ENOUGH AND IF WE DIDN'T THEY WOULD HAVE TO GO GET SOME AND COME BACK. WE DIDN'T AND THEY LEFT AND WE HAVEN'T SEEN THEM AGAIN. THEY WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS OR TEXTS SO MY HUSBAND CALLED FROM HIS PHONE AND THEY ANSWERED. HE ASKED FOR OUR MONEY BACK AND OF COURSE WE'VE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. I INFORMED THEM DECEMBER 19,2019 THAT I WAS CONTACTING ANGIE'S LIST AND LEAVING A NEGATIVE REVIEW. THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED. I HOPE THIS HELPS ANYONE ELSE THAT IS THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY. Concrete is typically the best material for a driveway if you’re looking for longevity, cost-effectiveness, and ease of maintenance. But, it’s not ideal for areas with annual freeze-frost cycles, nor is it the most attractive option—although you can get it stamped or painted. Chip seal layers gravel and a liquid bitumen one at a time on-site, while asphalt directly pours a pre-combined mixture. Asphalt must be sealed, but it will last up to four times as long as chip seal driveways. Aesthetically, chip seal has a natural, rustic look compared to the traditional asphalt slab.

Unlike drying, which takes between 48 and 72 hours on average, asphalt driveway cure times are different and take much longer. Your asphalt driveway won’t actually cure for around six months to one year. During this time, it’s more likely to get damaged or weakened by heavy machinery, vehicles, and high temperatures.
