"My husband and I just bought our home. Deborah and her assistant Phillip did a very good job with my 12-year old carpeting and a wool area rug. She notified me of several concerns with the carpet related to its age and with the rug, which was made of wool. The beige carpet looks much better and I could set my furniture into the house the next day. The area rug had some stains that the wool would not release, but I could now see its pattern."
