They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."

"Branson, Mo. is where work was done. Company has a great attitude and seems more interested in taking care of the customer instead of making a buck. Here is how this happened. I wanted my air ducts cleaned because I had a water leak and after the clean up (I did myself, which I will never do again. To much stress trying to figure it out. Should have just hired a pro.) I wanted to make sure if there was any mold that the ducts were clear/clean of mold spurs. The company that I was going to have clean the ducts wanted a Pro to inspect the area before he would send a crew out to clean the ducts. So, I wound up getting David from Green Planet Mold to come out and inspect the affected area. His office was great keeping me informed on when he was coming out and David himself stayed in contact as well. David showed up, looked the area over and said he did not find any signs of suspected fungal growth in the bathroom and laundry room. My elderly mother lives with me and my wife, so this was a relief. He gave me some tips on some other things I should do, how to do it and what products to use. In fact, he made another trip to the house to drop of some non-toxic professional cleaner to help finish up the job. When I asked him about doing a test so I could get a company to come out and clean the ducts he said the test was not necessary and I was spending unnecessary money. He also recommended a company to clean the ducts and said he would call them personally and have them get in touch with me. That all happened and the company that is cleaning the ducts, LCS Kleene Aire, will be here in 4 days to complete the job. Although the work is not finished yet, I am a lot closer then I was a week ago and have some peace of mind that the health of my family is being taken care of. Lesson learned from all this. Hire a pro from the beginning. Yeah, I may have saved some money, but at what possible cost. I would have avoided the stress and lost sleep, not to mention all the time I spent doing the job and worrying about doing right. "A couple of upstairs water pipes froze and burst in Dec22 gushing water over an upstairs bedroom and downstairs ceilings atop a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, hallway, laundry room, and garage. Mark Crossland came out in Jan and gave an estimate for repair and also advised on what should be done to correctly repair the areas. His bid was spot on for total damage, and made his company available when I received the insurance money. He removed all the damaged ceiling and wall areas, and replaced sheetrock and taping with painting the areas to look like nothing had happened. When we discovered the cause of the cold air coming into the house was an unhooked bathroom exhaust fan pipe, he agreed to replace the exhaust fan/light and install a new one instead of just reattaching the old pipe. As work progressed he was very clear on what needed to be done and found some issues with other problems in the construction of the house and advised on improvements. This house was a quick build in 1998 so the original builder had cut corners in the construction. His and the team from Carpenter's Kids where extremely knowledgeable and had a great work ethic. They showed up on time every day and worked hard at getting the damage repaired. The extra items I had needed to be done for some time where agreed to without hesitation. The extra things included reflooring two upstairs rooms from carpet to laminate, replacing two toilets, replacing both bathrooms exhaust fans, and insulating the flooring between the lower and upper floors. I couldn't be happier with them as a company and individuals doing my repairs, and our house has gained even more value from their expert building knowledge."
