They worked all day, not even taking a lunch break The walk in tub required the removal and replacement of door frame and part of door cripplers to make it wide enough for the new tub. They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."

Also, if any of the window screens are damaged, they are also covered under the warranty. The products were as presented and the installation was performed fast and expertly. The representatives on all levels are very professional, courteous, and honest.
The sliding door had sliding issues, and it took two visits to finally get it fixed, but each time the service man arrived promptly soon after I called the company. The sales people are not just guys hired off the street, working for a commission, but rather owners of the business. So there is no middleman to take a cut out of the profits. I thought this was going to be a bit of a hassle with installation, etc., but it was flawless....work was completed in an excellent manner and the crew worked fast and efficiently.
I am very pleased with the product, and the slider is heavy and solidly constructed....I can really tell the difference from the one that was replaced.
