"The clean was well done and the owner was very personable. I was impressed with how fast the job was done and the quality. We had the crew clean our main floor and upstairs. They changed our sheets and did all the things I hate to do! It was amazing!"

"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

Pictures of the fireplace, flue, and outdoor pictures of the chimney and cap were all taken and recorded for future reference, which we thought was very thorough. An email was sent to us, where the pictures can be viewed along with the status report and invoice. They asked to schedule our next cleaning based on usage, and will notify by email prior. Prompt, courteous, professional, efficient, and clean."
