"Where have we come to in 2022? What should be the norm is now entirely unexpected. It was thus a very pleasant surprise to have an honest, individual to deal with. "R&B Power Washing were easy to work with, and they were concerned about making sure all areas I wanted cleaned were completed. The results on soffits (under the eaves), gables, and porch ceiling were dramatic. The only issue observed was on the top 1/3 of the vinyl siding where debris like dirty watrer dripped out of weep holes, which we concluded were the remnants of dirt dobbers nests washing out when the wash wand spray water up towards the weep holes. This was my experience as well when I washed the siding in the past. My experience has been that it makes a temporary stain that diminishes after a week or two as it dries, and the dried debrie (fine dust) dissipates with wind and rain against the siding. The only solution I can think of is for homeowner or contractor covering the job might be able to purchase an L or curves channel attachment for extension wand so that rinse water may be applied level against the siding as opposed to angled application-but I'm not sure such attachments are available. Everything considered, I was happy with the results. It took 15 years age off my house; I only wish my neighbors in front of my neighborhood would hire these guys so that neighbor's property looked better. Thanks again."
