Our technician Sam was great. He found the air filter was not properly cleaned and may have added to our A/C problem. He cleaned up the condenser, checked the freon level and our A/C filter. He explained the problem and pointed out possible future problems with our 20 year old unit. Sam was very professional and fixed the problem in an hour.
