"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"We had many issues with our computer - primarily with the CD/DVD drive and iTunes. Jim eliminated over 700 viruses from our computer, which was just the beginning. There continued to be problems within the systems of the computer. Luckily Jim charges by the job and not by the hour because he worked a LONG time to make it all work.  He kept in touch with me and addressed each issue as it arose until the job was done.  He was professional and courteous and hung in there until I was satisfied he had addressed everything. "John and crew were on time and professional, my rating is based on one of the cameras will not come on, once John comes back out and fix the one camera and install two more cameras as now I need 6 instead of four, he will get a 5.0 across the board. Update, John and crew returned to correct the camera problem and now I can review my home from my phone. I need two more cameras John!!"

"I requested service on Friray night 1/24/15 ( I was having major problems  with my browers b ing hijacked and redirected). O wanted to have my computer fixed Monday.
Jason contacted me  on 1/24/15 to set up a time for Monday 1/26/15.  He walk me through preparing my computer for him to remotely access and repair my system. He was very professional and knowledgable.  After my problems were fixed  on Monday, he contacted me the next day to make sure that every thing was up and running to my satisfaction.
