"If I could give this guy a zero rating I would. He came 2-19-20 to give us an estimate on our failing toilet and drippy faucet. He was coming yesterday, 2-21-20, to do the repair at 3:30pm. My husband took the afternoon off work to be home. At 3:40pm he still was not here, so I called him. He told me I should **get someone else**. He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."

This included fixing plastic drain pipe that had failed, replacing it with the proper PVC pipe, for proper drainage. Todd took the time to explain and answer any questions, and provided great detail on what options were available with the new tub. Todd is very detailed and takes great pride in his work. I have to say I called several local contractors, and Todd's bid was reasonable and affordable. I would hire Todd in the future for any additional projects."
