When the first plumber came out, he confirmed that we needed a new water heater and that he would be back on Monday between 12n-4pm but closer to noon. As that time came and went, we checked back with the company who had our service scheduled for Wednesday instead. Normally, we wouldn't have cared about the delay but we had already been without water for 6 days in order to minimize the leaking. The company made arrangements and another plumber showed up that afternoon. He did an AMAZING job!! We would definitely us R Carr Plumbing again!!

R. Carr Plumbing is the most professional, thorough and honest company I have had the pleasure of working with while going through a complete kitchen remodeling. The company stands behind its word and truly embraces service excellence. The service manager, Walter, is a phenomenal representative for this organization. He is extremely thorough and his customer relation skills are amazing. I am most impressed with the honesty and integrity of this company. While they could have been dishonest and taken advantage of a situation, they have been upfront, fair, honest, and gone above any expectation for service and customer satisfaction. Install was done correctly however did a very messy job of caulking around the base and general clean up was lacking. The caulking that was not even necessary. I had to remove the mess that was left.

Had Carr out about a year and a half before starting project to 'bid' and they were good enough to 'update' bid prices over the phone so that I could compare w/ other companies vying for the work. They also referred three electricians, all of whom were good 'leads', two of whom were extremely professional and helpful in their bidding the electrical aspect. I'm particularly grateful that D'Andrea Electric insisted we contact TECO before installing TruTankless!!! We could have cut through months of 'B.S.' had the second plumbing company been as upfront about the very real possibility that our amperage wasn't sufficient to the power surge of a Tankless system! Even when we were about to go w/ Tankless, Carr gave us another excellent referral of FWT to install the water softener at less cost than Kielty had been quoting. It was with almost relief that we finally realized Carr's bid for the hybrid we ended up going with instead was (most) reasonable so that we gave both the work of putting in the water heater AND the water softener to them. Carr came out as quickly as they could (after months of being in limbo, we were up against holiday/travel plans) and installed both systems in one morning. When the county called for additional 'venting' to clear the permit, Chuck, our installation fellow was 'on it' immediately. It's always nice to have the permit inspectors say, '_____, good company!' as they did when they heard Carr had done both installations. We feel fairly confident that we'll have years of service from both the Rheem and the Fleck system or if there are future problems, Carr will stand behind us through any warranty 'issues'.

Went very smooth. Kelly called and let me know he was on the way and arrived at the time they indicated he would be there. He replaced both toilets and replaced the kitchen faucet in a very timely manner. I was very pleased with the quality of the work.

Did a full evaluation, and recommended power assist toilet. It was installed and all is well

these guys did amazing work, very professional! the crew was organized, knowledgeable, and kept the job site clean. They worked with me to choose the best areas to cut drywall and access the locations they needed to without going too crazy. Price was by far the best and I feel like the work was also well above average. Important note is that they actually adjusted their estimate to a lower price based on the actual amount of work done and how long it took them. Very honest plumbers!

Steven did a great job. Repair of one toilet, purchased a new toilet for second bathroom and installed new faucet.Tom office was very helpful with all my questions and I had a few.The job was done when scheduled and on time. Steven was very clean and things are working well.Thanks!

Piece of cake. Mike adjusted the water level - was too low - and cleared the flush vents. He was done in half an hour. Mike was friendly and most professional.

Excellent. I was referred to Carr by a colleague at work and I am very satisfied. So far it's only been for small, uncomplicated jobs but based on their performance and reliability I will not hesitate to hire them for larger jobs.

Needed plumber to install toilets I bought myself. Hard to find one who would do that, as most want you to buy the units through them. Was recommended to R Carr Plumbing by ATi Services of Tampa Bay (handyman/general contractor). Chris Walters came to the do the installation, and was prompt, professional, and did a great job. Price was more than fair. Would not hesitate to use R Carr Plumbing again. They are now my go to contractor for all things plumbing!

We found R Carr after referrals from neighbors after much frustration working with another BIG name local plumbing company. R Carr renewed our faith in the plumbing industry!! They sent their service manager Greg out to evaluate the situation and the work the other plumbers had performed and the additional work they were suggesting  be done. Greg removed our master bath toilet (our main entry point issue), and put his camera down the pipe to see for himself what the pipe looked like and if it really needed to be replaced.  He said there was no way to tell until it was jetted. He scheduled the jetting to be done in a few days. This past Thursday: the jetting was performed by IFIND LEAKS. The pipe was recameraed and looked good - clean, no cracks.  R Carr sent tech Justin out at the same time. Justin was super professional and polite,. He jack-hammered the floor, cleaned out some old bedet piping under the flooring, installed proper piping connection, installed a new toilet we purchased with proper flange connection, and recemented the floor.  All from 8:30am to 2:30pm -  VIOLA! we were in business in 1 week after hiring R Carr. We'd been working with the other plumbing company for 3 months.  I can't say enough good things about R. Carr. I highly recommend this company to you and they are the only plumbers in St. Pete we will use from now on.
