He was instructed to use smaller wire and much bigger breaker than is required and not what we asked for nor what was quoted. What he installed was extremely dangerous and fire hazard particularly since it was under the house in the crawl space where a fire would go undetected till too late to save lives. The electrician who came here had to replace everything he did to our specifications turning a hour and half job into a six hour job. It doesn?t appear that the electrician in charge is an actual licensed electrician and clearly doesn?t know what he is doing. We worry about the young apprentice sent out to do the work will end up killing somebody from following instructions from his incompetent boss. "

Pretty slick snowjob, they quoted us 3 days but took 5. They dumped all the concrete they removed in the backyard without asking and left an enormous hole in the front of the house where the fireplace is. When I (5'1" femme) asked to speak to a supervisor about the delay and dumping, they sent a good old boy (300 pds, 6'2") to scream at me in my living room. No supervisor was present to verify the work and I was not permitted to watch them. They pressured me to sign the inspection form, without me inspecting anything. They are a SCAMMMM! I would only recommend Olshan as revenge."

"I hired Vince Anderson of Fence and Concrete Masters to redo my front deck on my house. He started work approximately March of 2024. As of today, 9/22/2025 it is still unfinished and he has not responded to my attempts at contact since October 2024. Most of it has to be redone. Which has been extremely frustrating and expensive because no one wants to finish a messed up job. All previous reviews I?ve read since then (my mistake of not researching him prior) he has rebuttals putting off everything back into his customers. He is a master at BS and reflecting blame in order to avoid responsibility for his messes. I paid the deposit of $3,500 plus an additional $2,000 part way into his mess, which was to go to materials and supplies of which I only have approximately $1,000 worth of wood materials. They would come and work a day at a time about once every 2-3 weeks. I would have to call him and then they would show up for a few hours. In October 2024 he completely stopped responding."
