He finished in 90 minutes and that included going back to hardware store for a different color grout because he didn't like the way it looked. When done you could not tell the floor had been fixed. Before the kitchen project was complete, it turned out my deck needed some serious work. I got a quote from James, plus a couple more. He was beyond reasonable with his bid, so I asked him to replace the deck. It was in worse shape than previously thought. He brought me brochures and helped me pick materials that would be best.
