"We needed to replace the roof and gutters on a custom gazebo built over a portion of our deck. After calling several recommended companies with no call backs, Custom Exteriors promptly returned my query, gave me an estimate, and completed the project in a very professional manner. The workmen were friendly and knowledgeable. They did not request any up front payments and did an excellent job. Each and every piece of the roofing had to be custom cut and the end product looks amazing. I must say that Brad did a great job of communicating schedules and meeting our expectations. I would highly recommend this company."

For many people, a gazebo is worth it, but it’s a matter of personal preference. If you love spending time outside but your yard doesn’t offer much protection from the sun or rain, then adding a gazebo might be worthwhile. Or, if you enjoy hosting dinner parties and want a nice outdoor space to gather with your friends, a gazebo could be a good investment.
Log cabins are relatively difficult to maintain compared to a traditional house. That’s because log cabins require regular upkeep and care that can include refinishing and corncob blasting, a process similar to sandblasting that shoots ground-up corncob with compressed air.
Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.
To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.
Fascia and soffits differ in their location and design, but fascia vents are the most popular alternative to soffits. These are a bit more hidden than soffits, but depending on the structure of your roof, they can cost more to install and maintain. They are also installed around the entire roof, whereas soffits can be placed only where you need them or, if the aesthetics bother you, somewhere out of sight.
