"Eric showed us where the bricks to the firewall were literally coming out!  We could have had an avalanche of bricks!!  He gave us two options:  one was to rebuild the back fire wall with brick, or install a one-inch steel plate.  The latter was the least expensive, so we contracted with him to replace the plate on 11/26/2014.

His employee would clean the chimney and then David would inspect his cleaning job and would get in there himself and clean the spots he saw were still there. This made me feel confident in his work. He patched up all the cracks that I had in the back and bottom of the fireplace for a decent price. They left the area nice and clean after they were done.
