Extra charges for additional work performed I thought was excessive. I asked to receive a phone call if any additional issues were found. I received no call. My good shower heads were thrown away with trash. I assumed any old parts would have been given back to me so I could choose what to have done with them ( I have additional properties where I could have used these parts) Spoke with manager and received a fair response to my issues."
