"I asked about vacuuming the furniture as part of the cleaning. The owner told me he relies on his cleaning machines to get the dirt. I did some vacuuming myself before they came. After they left I checked some of the areas like the back of the loveseat and corners of the couch. There were clumps of animal fur. They knew I had a cat but did not make sure the clumps that came up were gone. When checking to see if the furniture was dry I put my hand under the back cushions and found crumbs and even a small plastic toy. I would say the people he sent were not very thorough. I used a sticky lint brush and the vacuum to finish the job."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Were very accommodating about setting appointment at a time convenient for me. Arrived promptly and were very polite. Explained well the process they would be doing and seemed to work very hard to accomplish the objective. Before starting, I was given a couple additional options to add to the items to be cleaned on the original sign-up, for additionall cost, tho I wasn't pressured. Decided to get them. Showed me a "before and after" picture of one of ducts. Job took about 5 hrs, and I have a modest sized house! Only complaint I have is that they brought a rather heavy, bulky machine into house to do the job, and due to having to maneuver in a couple tight areas, the machine did leave some marks on my hard wood floors that I have been trying to remove, with some effort."
