He came out to estimate taking out a gross, rotting bow window and helped us come up with a suitable replacement (we didn't want another bow or bay). To get what I wanted, we had to deviate from the original dimensions, but that was no problem for Ted. He was about to trim out the window so that you would never know we changed the original size! We had to special order what we wanted and after it was delayed, Ted was incredibly flexible with his time to make sure our window went in so we could our house listed.
